I work during the week, as many people do, and cannot pick up packages. They were so nice to tell me that I could knock on the door for a Saturday morning pick-up. I needed to pick up a textbook to read before a summer class, and for some reason it was sent to the post office, even though I have a mail box at my house. When I went to pick it up, as I have done before, I knocked loudly seven times, and waited for several minutes, and was very obviously ignored the entire time. It doesn't take but perhaps two minutes (at most) to stop and grab a package, but this worker could not be bothered. Incredibly rude. If you can't accommodate people for Saturday, don't make the offer.
Package delivery is a real problem. It's extremely irritating when you pay for shipping to your home to be told you have to pick it up at the post office. That's when I pick up the phone and start making calls to complain.
Small town post office. We have mailed small parcels to West Texas and it seems to cost more or less depending on who is at the counter.. But they are all friendly
Most ridiculous post office I ever dealt with. These people are a real joke.
The delivery lady doesn't deliver packages. My mail comes later and later every day.
